Rural Classic Pool Dural

Crystal Pools worked closely with the homeowners to transform a previously unused section of the backyard into an into an idyllic family acreage retreat in Dural.

The pool and adjacent pool house were strategically positioned to make the most of the large five-acre property and maximise the picturesque views of the surrounding Berowra Valley National Park.

This simple, yet very stylish 10 x 5 metre pool calls to mind barbecue parties, a relaxing float on a hot summer day, and fun in the sun with the kids. The pool features clean lines and a classical elegance that makes it the centrepiece of this home and an exceptional space for outdoor living and entertaining,

The owners wanted a pool that would suit all family members. Incorporating extra wide entry steps and a gradual-depth design imitates a beach entry allowing an easy transition for young and old when entering the pool, while still providing ample length for swimming laps.

Crystal Bay Blue Pebble and Ela Paris waterline tiles were selected to create a lagoon-like feel reminiscent of the Caribbean. Light-coloured natural stone coping was chosen to complement this affect and blend in with the surrounding buildings.

The combination of a new classic pool, pool house, manicured gardens and beautiful scenery has transformed not only this family’s backyard, but their lifestyle.
